Information Night

"Too many children in foster care are falling through the cracks. Be a hero; learn about foster care and adoption today." -Bruce Willis

Open to All

Our Information Nights are open to any interested member of the public to learn more about foster care and adoption through the Collaborative Foster Care Program of Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson Counties. There is no cost to attend.

Attending a Meeting

Attendees hear a presentation regarding the requirements and considerations for becoming a foster parent. You will also be given the opportunity to ask questions of our team members. Attendance at Information Night is required before you are provided pre-application paperwork and before you begin the Pre-Service Training. Learn more about the process to become certified.

RSVPs are encouraged, but not required. Please select a date to register or call 303-636-1KID (1543) to RSVP for the date and location most convenient to you.

Note: Due to the nature of materials and information covered, children and youth may not attend information night or pre-service training. Child care is not provided, so please make  arrangements if necessary.
